We represent: 

Buyers: Assist Individuals and/or Corporations to identify market opportunities, select properties and negotiate the acquisition of commercial real estate. 

Sellers: We conduct market analysis to determine highest and best use for the property and well as asking price. Develop a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the property. We represent the seller’s interests during negotiations with potential buyers, working to secure the best possible terms. Overseeing the entire sales process from start to finish, including coordinating property showings, managing offers and counteroffers, facilitating inspections and due diligence, and ensuring a smooth closing.

Landlords: We lease an ample variety of property types across Puerto Rico while attracting the right tenants and maximizing each property’s potential and value. 

Tenants: In-depth knowledge of real estate alternatives on the island allows us to assist and negotiate on behalf of large and small tenants seeking office, retail, warehouse or land that fits their needs, requirements, budgets, timeframe, and location.

CARMEN FIGUEROA COLLAZO, CCIM

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Carmen is a commercial real estate executive with a Puerto Rico real estate license since 2009. She earned CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2017. She joined Kingbird Property Management in 2018 to strengthen its team and work in diverse initiatives. In a career that began as a mechanical engineer, Carmen developed her love for commercial real estate after seeing the interconnectedness of Siemens’s (her former employer) diverse array of facilities throughout Europe and other markets.
She has ample experience representing landlords and tenants as well as leading special projects on behalf of her customers. Carmen acts as a team connector and a facilitator who turns ideas into viable projects through methodical financial analysis and negotiations that consider all stakeholders while championing her clients’ interests. She has a Bachelor Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Master (MA) in International Business from Schiller International University (Heidelberg, Germany).
